Derya Welder, Owner

Derya became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016 after completing her schooling at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, B.C. She has since taken training in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and is working on finishing her Level III Vodder training.

Derya offers specific deep tissue therapy for pain reduction and improving daily functionality as well as working on increasing your parasympathetic nervous system to aid in overall stress reduction with relaxation treatments.

Derya is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and a member of Registered MassageTherapist' Association of British Columbia.

Osteopathy

Zoya Zeitoune

Zoya is a licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN). She is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, a four year Masters program where she completed over 1000 clinical hours. This is in addition to her Honours Specialization and Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.

Zoya applies the principles of classical osteopathy and follows a head-to-toe manual approach to find and fix the root cause of pain and discomfort, with long-lasting results. She is passionate about enhancing lives by applying her extensive education and training to treat all individuals with new or existing health conditions. She will fix problems with your body you didn't even know you had!

Registered Massage Therapist

Christy Vat

Christy graduated with honours from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2020. Prior to attending massage school, she earned a Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Victoria, and practiced social work in Victoria, Vernon and Kelowna. 

Christy is dedicated to the health and wellbeing of her clients. Armed with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, Christy is eager to investigate the source of her client’s discomfort, and provide treatment that reduces pain and enhances quality of life. She works hard to establish a genuine connection with each person who enters her treatment room and strives to keep safety, trust, and transparency at the forefront of her practice. 

During your treatment you can expect Christy to use a variety of techniques and pressures. She incorporates a mix of Swedish massage, fascial release, visceral release, craniosacral therapy, and joint play to ease pain and improve full body alignment.

Registered Massage Therapist

Cassie Poch

Cassie is a passionate Registered Massage Therapist who recently relocated to Kelowna. She graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in 2022 and holds a prior degree in Sociology from the University of Lethbridge.

With a strong foundation in anatomy and a deep understanding of how the body moves, Cassie is committed to developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. Whether addressing muscle soreness from exercise, postural imbalances, or a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, she is dedicated to helping her clients.

Outside of her practice, Cassie enjoys staying active through hiking, hot yoga, and gardening, as well as soaking up the sun at the beach.

Cassie is excited to meet new clients and looks forward to creating the perfect treatment plan for you, no matter your needs or where you are in your healing journey.

Registered Massage Therapist

Chantal Whitaker

Chantal graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in July 2024 and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in November 2024. With a background in coaching fitness, Chantal is passionate about promoting wellness, aiding in recovery, preventing injuries, decreasing chronic pain, and increasing body awareness.

Chantal tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients, utilizing techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage. She also provides personalized home care recommendations, including stretches and strengthening exercises, to help clients maintain their progress beyond the session.

In every appointment, Chantal creates a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard and supported.

When not in the clinic, Chantal enjoys weight training at the gym, hiking, running, and spending time in the kitchen preparing meals and baking treats!
